Learn to sing in harmony! Seeking adventurous women and men who want to sing well with other people. No previous experience required. This is a 10-week/on-going-ish class with Michèle Voillequé, a soprano and music teacher who has a remarkable ability to teach to folks at a variety of levels. Very friendly people. 1) Instant Chorus gets you singing a cappella music, hearing the rhythms and chords that form the underpinning of song, and singing cool rhythms in Bobby McFerrin style. Beat out body percussion while you sing, or skip that and simply hold your part. Expand your musicality, hear more in music, and experience the magic of a chorus. Adults and kids over 8 who love to sing are welcome. There are easy parts for beginners and solo opportunities for experienced singers.
